MATERIAL PURCHASE AND SALES
Ross-shire Engineering can offer very competitive rates on most material, especially stainless steel products.
Ross-shire Engineering supplies large numbers of valves, strainers, CIP systems etc to both Scottish Hydro Electric and also various Distillers.
DRAWING SERVICES
Autocad 2005 drawing system so drawings can be produced for any new fabrication, machining or on site installation as required.
Ross-shire Engineering have a ‘Bentley Autoplant’ CAD system for pipe routes and structural steelwork. This system enables a complete pipework system to be quickly drawn out in ISO and 3D, with listing for all materials and a record for welded joints. This also produces a 3D model off the area where pipes are to be fitted.
INSPECTION SERVICES
Ross-shire Engineering deploys in house Inspection for quality and dimensional control. Ross-shire Engineering offers on site pipe thickness survey, fluid flow rate measurements and pipework design.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Ross-shire Engineering are fully aware of current legislation concerning Health and Safety requirements in the workplace and have a full time safety consultant.
Ross-shire Engineering has an excellent safety record and continually strives to maintain and improve our safety procedures, where possible.
Ross-shire Engineering work regularly under the CDM Regulation.
Risk Assessment and Method Statements are prepared prior to starting any works.
