| Quality Policy |
The management of Ross-shire Engineering are committed to the implementation of our quality policy.
It is the Ross-shire Engineering policy and intent to:
- Structure the company organization, assign duties and delegate appropriate authority to ensure effective operation of the business, using the Quality Management System as its foundation.
- Establish, apply and maintain an effective quality programme, which will satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000.
- Operate the documented procedures of the quality programme management system, which provides objective evidence of compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements.
- Supply products and services, both now and in the future, to ensure that we satisfy the customer's needs and expectations with continuous quality improvements.
- Ensure all staff are familiar with the Quality Management System and quality procedures and have ready access to it, as each employee has a responsibility to implement these procedures.
- Have the quality policy reviewed annually by the management team in order to assure its continued applicability and objectives.
