Our Application Process
RSE’s application process across various roles is broken down into manageable stages and is designed to give you an opportunity to find out if RSE is the right company for you, as well as giving us the opportunity to select the very best people.
Everyone applying for our Graduate and Apprentice Programmes will go through each stage of the recruitment process.
The RSE Graduate & Apprentice Programme Application Process
1. Apply Online
Complete our online application form and upload a copy of your CV and Cover Letter.
2. CV Screening
Your application will be reviewed against the requirements for the role you have applied for.
3. Initial Telephone Interview
Our Recruitment team will carry out an initial interview call lasting around 10 minutes. The notes taken during the call will be shared with the Hiring Manager to review your application for the position.
4. 1st Stage Interview
If successful, you will be invited to an in-person interview with the relevant Hiring Manager.
5. Offer of Employment
If you are successful at the interview stage, you will be given a formal offer of employment.
6. Onboarding
All offers are subject to successful candidates completing the necessary onboarding paperwork.
