Apprentice Applications 2023 Now Open

RSE is delighted to welcome Apprentice Applications for 2023, offering apprenticeships in our locations across Scotland including Muir of Ord, Cumbernauld, and Dalgety Bay. This is an exciting opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills in either a Mechanical or Electrical trade through a combination of on-the-job training and college learning.

RSE is looking for talented individuals to join the business and excel in a team environment with a hands-on approach to learning, working alongside project teams who are delivering innovative water technology solutions. To be successful within the role, apprentices must be excellent communicators and natural problem solvers, with the ability to work well under pressure.

By choosing to launch your career with an RSE apprenticeship you’ll receive first-class training whilst completing your college education, allowing you to become fully qualified in your chosen trade. You will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout the UK, and be responsible for providing technical expertise and craftsmanship to our clients. There are no barriers to progression with RSE, so beyond your initial apprentice training and personal development, there are various career path options that will offer you a truly rewarding career in the Water industry.

• Mechanical Apprentices

What Do You Need?

The minimum entry requirements for an RSE Apprenticeship are qualifications in Maths, English and a Science subject. Beyond this, any pre-apprenticeship experience will also be highly advantageous.

The closing date for applications is the 26^th May 2023, and we will be conducting the first stage of interviews in June. We will then select a number of applicants to progress to the second stage of interviews, including a practical assessment. Following a positive interview process, successful applicants will be invited to commence an apprenticeship with RSE starting from July 2023.
