Learning Management System Developer – Inverness

RSE is currently recruiting a Learning Management System Developer to join our new Inverness office. Your role will involve being responsible for designing, developing and implementing our Learning Management System. Once implemented, they will also manage and maintain the coordination of internal and external training requirements. As well as supporting the creation and maintenance of learning content as part of a team to ensure high-quality innovative learning information is available to support our people and business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment of our Learning Management System for RSE.
• Work to configure our platform to meet the requirements of RSE and to provide an effective delegate development journey.
• Play a key role in the implementation of the software including supporting end-users using the platform.
• Responsible for managing the coordination of internal and external training.
• Develop and maintain content for the Learning Management System to support the training and development of all users.
• Support continual development of learning process to ensure Quality Assurance and drive efficiencies.
• Day-to-day operation and administration of our digital learning platform.
• Promote the use of the Learning Management System within the business and encourage staff engagement.
