Marketing Graduate – Cumbernauld

What Are We Looking For?

Our Customer & Stakeholder team in Cumbernauld is looking for a Marketing Graduate to join the business on a permanent basis, working closely with our Marketing Coordinator. You’ll be required to provide marketing support to drive content creation across various stakeholder groups to enhance RSE’s brand awareness within the Water industry.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Assist in publishing company-wide internal communications, including Intranet and Yammer channel posts.
• Contribute short-form content including project and industry updates to post across RSE’s social media platforms.
• Research, write and format company news articles.
• Proofread and edit job vacancy descriptions for uploading and formatting to the Recruitment SharePoint.
• Edit and format QHSE campaign content and bulletins for monthly issuing.
• Assist in the organisation of branded merchandise, materials, presentations, and documents for company events, including careers fairs.
• Support the review of company sponsorship submissions and manage sponsorship communications.
• Co-ordinate and organise internal company CSR events and associated promotional campaigns.
• Interpret data analytics of sponsored social media campaigns.
• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to develop an open communication approach to sharing and receiving content.
• Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?

• Qualification in Marketing, ideally degree qualified.
• High competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Forms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines, including maintaining a working social media schedule.
• Attention to detail for compelling copywriting, including strong spelling, grammar, and a professional tone of voice.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for business, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Critical thinker and analytical problem solver.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of Engineering teams to obtain required project information.
