RSE is currently seeking Project Engineers (Mechanical or Electrical) to join our growing E&M team in Cumbernauld. This is a full-time position.
As a Project Engineer, your role will involve being responsible for the delivery of small-value projects, or key elements within larger projects and managing the performance of projects end-to-end. This will require supervision of operational sites and their delivery teams, including Site Managers, Supervisors and Sub-Contractors. Responsibilities will include procurement of goods and services, preparation of estimates and quotations, completion of contract documents, production of risk assessments/method statements and management of health, safety, and environmental issues.
The ideal candidate would be time served and fully qualified in their relevant trade preferably with experience working within the Water Sector across Clean and Wastewater Treatment. Candidates will be considered with both a trade and academic qualification to City & Guilds, HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent, with post-qualification supervisory experience. Possession of DOMS, NW Hygiene and a 3-day First Aid certificate would be preferred.
