We are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters experienced in the Water Industry to join our team in our Reading facility.

These are full time positions, 40 hours per week for which the post holders will be required to dismantle and re-assemble mechanical assemblies, inspect equipment and identify faulty components and carry out any maintenance and repairs as required.

The ideal candidate would be time served and fully qualified preferably with experience working within the Water Industry, Modern Apprenticeship or City & Guilds Qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent. Possession of a current Manual Handling certificate, Abrasive Wheels certificate and Asbestos Awareness certificate would be preferred.
