RSE are delighted to announce multiple framework contract wins with Scottish Water, providing long term job security for our staff and a commitment to employ 330 new apprentice and graduate trainees in Scotland over the next 6 years.
Scottish Water have awarded three key frameworks to RSE for MEICA Capital Investment, Chemical Dosing, and Motor Control Centres & Systems Integration. In addition, RSE have been awarded a mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance framework under our joint venture RWGM.
Through these awards RSE will support Scottish Water’s plans to deliver £1 Billion of projects per year for the next six years, delivering projects, products, and operational services across key elements of Scottish Water’s operational and capital investment portfolio. With the potential for these contracts to be extended to 12 years.
RSE have a long-standing relationship with Scottish Water; supporting the design, build and maintenance of their water treatment and water recycling equipment throughout the country.
In the previous framework period (SR15), RSE and Scottish Water partnered to develop award winning treatment plants manufactured in an offsite, modular configuration. These have been heralded as game changing in the water industry, improving schedule and cost whilst reducing carbon in the atmosphere. RSE’s modular approach is expected to play a key role in achieving Scottish Water’s net zero carbon emissions target for 2040.
RSE’s 1,000+ staff make it one of the UK’s largest technology companies in the UK water sector: providing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls and automation (MEICA) services.
