A Modular Flexible Open Storage Bund for Water Treatment Chemicals
AquaBund is a scalable (Volume from: 500l to 40,000l) and adaptable system that can be used as a standalone bund and bulk storage solution, or as part of a complete off-site dosing package. Developed to safely store a wide variety of chemicals, the AquaBund complies with industry standards for chemical containment and environmental protection. It’s particularly suited for water and wastewater treatment, industrial processes and infrastructure projects that rely on compliant chemical containment.
Factory-Built for Compliance and Longevity
Made from UV-stable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and strengthened with a structural steel frame, AquaBund offers robust chemical resistance and a 25-year design life. It has a containment capacity of 110% to comply with environmental regulations and provides safe chemical storage for a minimum of 30 days.
The system incorporates spiral-wound bulk chemical storage tanks manufactured to BS EN standards, complete with ultrasonic level monitoring, temperature sensors, overflow protection and accessible valves. Optional enhancements include heating, lagging and trace-heated pipework to maintain chemical stability in varying environmental conditions.
