From bio-filters to activated carbon filters and hybrid solutions, we design, manufacture and install complex process ventilation odour abatement systems for reliable safeguarding of people and wider ecosystems.
Oda Bloc — the Compact,
Modular Odour Control Unit
Oda Bloc is a plug-and-play temporary odour control solution that’s ideal for projects without ventilation extraction or for upgrading existing systems. This innovative, skid mounted odour control and ventilation solution can be adapted to a range of applications, such as sewage treatment, waste processing and storage, sludge dewatering equipment, food waste, and many others. Available for purchase or hire.
It comes with:
- Skid-mounted 1.1 kW centrifugal fan with an activated carbon filter vessel
- 2.5 m-high exhaust stack outlet
- ATEX-rated equipment that’s suitable for Zone 2
- The ability to order instant replacement vessels

Dust Control and Hazardous Gas Extraction
Several chemical, biological and filtration processes produce fumes, gases, vapours, dust and microscopic particles that pose a threat to human health and the environment which often remain undetected. We design install and support extraction, ventilation and filtration systems to collect and neutralise toxic or dangerous substances and emissions.
Our Environmental Services
Local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems protect workers from inhaling contaminants that can cause serious health problems and sickness absence. Most LEV systems must be tested every 14 months, although some require more frequent inspection to comply with the UK’s Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and the Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA).
Our in-house experts hold British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) accreditation.
