Sustainability at RSE
At RSE, sustainability goes beyond environmental concerns. Our approach integrated the Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) framework, ensuring a holistic perspective across our business operations and our people.
Protecting the Worldās Most Precious Resource
Water quality and its scarcity will be the worldās greatest challenge this century. Only 1% of the worldās water is consumable, and its availability is under stress. Weāre striving to reduce this stress through our products and services, but we are doing much more for the planet and its people, too.

Our Charity Partner, Heatherās Heroes
Heatherās Heroes supports a network of UK charities that offer support, care and resources to those who need them most. Over the years, weāve donated thousands of pounds from RSE fundraising events and challenges to this deserving charity.
Heatherās Heroes uses these donations to match-fund other fundraising efforts, maximising their impact.
Promoting Health and Wellbeing
We want to erase the stigma associated with discussing mental health and make sure everyone knows there is always hope and safety available. Our in-house mental health champions provide support to employees whenever itās required.
We support the Lighthouse Construction Charity, which provides confidential support to our employees and their families, and we also partner with Mikeysline, a charity that provides 24/7 mental health support services. The team from Mikeysline also delivers presentations to our employees and facilitates open discussions at our facilities.
Investment in Talent
Our people are the heart of our business. We have programmes to identify, develop and retain talented staff, including via our graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
Supporting Our Communities
From local charities to sports groups, community allotments to food banks, weāve been making financial contributions to a diverse range of community groups through our supply chain partnerships since 1982.
