Dosing Rigs and Skids for Water Treatment Applications 

Dosing rigs and skids are used throughout the water and wastewater treatment industry to accurately introduce chemicals into a process stream. Their primary function is to ensure that chemicals are added at controlled and repeatable rates to achieve the desired treatment outcome, whether that is disinfection, pH correction, coagulation, flocculation, nutrient removal, corrosion control, or process optimisation. 

Our dosing rigs are complete, factory-built packages for both small-scale and large-scale treatment facilities, ranging from compact systems to complex multi-chemical dosing installations for common treatment chemicals including sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, aluminium sulphate sodium hydroxide and polymers for sludge conditioning. The Dosing Skids ensure that these chemicals are delivered accurately based on flow rate, water quality parameters, or process demand. 

Modern dosing systems typically incorporate positive displacement metering pumps that deliver highly accurate chemical volumes regardless of system pressure. We work in partnership with all the leading dosing pump manufacturers to supply the right pump for the application.  

The use of pre-engineered dosing skids offers several operational advantages. Factory assembly and testing ensure that all components are correctly integrated before delivery, reducing commissioning time and minimising installation risks. Standardised designs allow for easier maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management. Additionally, the modular construction of skids allows future expansion or modification as treatment requirements evolve.
