Already used in several water industry projects across the UK, our AquaCab chemical dosing cabinet provides accurate dosing and simplified maintenance and priming. It can be used as a stand alone cabinet or integrated into larger systems.
AquaCab is modular by design and built off-site for quick installation and commissioning. And since we test each unit before it leaves our factory, it offers better durability, reliability and ease of operation than on-site builds.
As an added bonus, we keep standard units in stock —for even shorter lead times.

Engineered for Safety
AquaCab has multiple containment and protection systems for safer operation, plus accessible isolation and monitoring. Other safety features include:
- Segregated compartment bunds with sloped bases to improve drainage and simplify cleaning
- Double inlet and outlet isolation valves in each pump compartment
- Chemically resistant PVC-U pipework and fittings
- Secondary screening in each compartment
- Bund float switches
- Electronic overpressure switches
- Mechanical relief valves
- Certain configurations put the pump controllers outside wet areas, for easier setup and fault finding
Highly Configurable for Improved Project Flexibility
With AquaCab, you can create the specification you need, or hand the design over to us.We create standard and bespoke packages, from simple dosing setups to more complex multi-pump arrangements. It’s compatible with a range of pumps including ones from Grundfos, ProMinent and Watson-Marlow.
The cabinet supports dosing over distances up to 200 metres, making it suitable for a wide range of site layouts. The system can also be configured to loop calibration flows back to the bulk storage tank, enhancing safety and reducing chemical waste.

AquaCab is part of our modular chemical dosing range which includes bulk chemical storage, dosing equipment and environmental monitoring and control systems which enable us to deliver high-quality chemical dosing solutions capable of meeting the most demanding of applications.
Available as stand-alone solutions or combined together the AquaCab, AquaMod, AquaBund and AquaFill enable rapid deployment whilst reducing site disruption and improving safety, compliance and quality.
